Unesco is looking for an international expert who could support an international research project in five West African countries ( Burkina Faso , Mali , Morocco , Niger and Senegal ) that aims at developing tools to measure learning outcomes of adult literacy programmes in a way that they will be useful for the national competence frameworks.
The expert would be invited to the next international workshop 9 to 11 February 2011 in Dakar , Senegal which will focus on the clarification of concepts and their operationalization for the research in the national contexts and their comparability. It would be good if the expert could speak/understand French.
